CLIENT: ZIMPOST (2025)

Vast Contractors has successfully completed projects for ZIMPOST and continues to serve as its regular service provider. Completed jobs done include:

Extensive electrical upgrades, replacing damaged armored underground cables and fully rewiring the facility to ensure safe and reliable power distribution.
Roofing & Ceiling Repairs.
Interior Refurbishment including banking hall counters.
Plumbing works.

CLIENT: Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe (2024)

Vast Contractors performed repairs & maintenance at IDBZ in the following areas:

Redesign & Refurbishment of car park.
Electrical gate repairs.

CLIENT: National Building Society (NBS) (2025)

Vast Contractors holds a Framework Agreement as an approved supplier and service provider for NBS. Under this agreement, we have successfully delivered a range of services in accordance with contractual requirements and industry standards, including:

Floor tiling.
Painting works.
Plumbing services.
Minor renovation works.

CLIENT: National Social Security Authority (NSSA) (2024 - 2026)

Vast Contractors is under a Framework Agreement with the National Social Security Authority (NSSA) for the provision of maintenance and repair services to NSSA properties nationwide under a call-off contract. Some of the services delivered to date include:

King’s Crescent, Harare- Complete roof, trusses and ceiling overhaul.
NSSA House, Harare- Plumbing works.
Compensation House, Harare- Electrical Rewiring and relighting of 6 floors, Replacement of gate wheels and installation of new locking mechanisms.
Banbury, Harare- Emergency repairs to the ceiling, walls, windows, security grilles, and gate.
Celestial Office Park- Installation of a water tank stand, Plumbing works, Waterproofing & replacement of leaking IBR roofing sheets, and replacement of ceiling boards.
Colbain Clinic- Installation of a gate locking system.
IDCZ- Waterproofing works.
NSSA Inspectorate House- Professional tree cutting services & restoration of a 200m preimeter wall.
Master of High Court Parklane- roof retiling, replacement of damaged ceilings, reconstruction of the perimeter security wall, and repainting works.

CLIENT: Mining Industry Pension Fund (MIPF) (2025)

Vast Contractors was awarded a refurbishing project for three buildings located in the Harare CBD. The works were delivered under a single, coordinated contract. Below is an overview of the projects and the scope of work completed for each building.

Customs Building

Removal of existing ceramic tiles and installation of new tiles.
Construction of new ablution facilities.
Installation of new lighting fixtures and sockets.
Skimming, plastering, and painting of walls and ceilings.
Plumbing installation for new ablution facilities, including the installation of toilets, wash basins, and urinals.

Partial demolition and reconstruction of building components.
Clearing of plumbing blockages.
Installation and replacement of sanitary fixtures, including toilet seats, urinals, and wash basins.
Cleaning, surface preparation, and repainting of structural trusses and concrete floor.
Installation and commissioning of lighting fixtures and sockets in all cubicles.
Interior wall painting.

Kuwana House, Harare

Removal and decommissioning of existing air-conditioning units.
Removal of stone tiles and installation of new ceramic tile finishes.
Installation of lighting fixtures and electrical socket outlets.
Installation of kitchen cupboards and sink units.
Construction and installation of staircases at building entrances.

CLIENT: Hauna District Hospital (2023)

Vast Contractors was awarded a government tender to refurbish selected sections of Hauna District Hospital. The project was completed in full compliance with contractual requirements.

Following the successful completion of the refurbishment works, Vast Contractors continues to provide ongoing plumbing repair and maintenance services, supporting the hospital’s infrastructure and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.

CLIENT: Balantyne Park Shopping Centre

Vast Contractors was engaged to carry out the following work at Ballantyne Shopping Centre in Harare:

Septic tand desludging.
Drainage system works.
Septic tank extension.
Soakaway system modification.
